Every day I start the morning by sitting at my desk and looking out the window that faces northwest and overlooks our back yard. If you would scroll down just a bit you would get a full view of our neighbor's house, deck, garage and some lovely tall trees. As nice as these are, they block any chance for beautiful sunsets. But there is this little patch of sky that offers me variety and an area of constant change on which to focus or to glance at any time of the day. Stepping out onto a little back deck allows me a clear view of the lovely fluffy white clouds as well as the pristine blue that I love so much. Instead of fussing about what I can't see, I find myself consistently delighted by what I can see.
