2014-05-13_0001 A morning at House of Hope is like a breath of fresh air. You know, the kind that refreshes, revives and reminds you that it is great to be alive.  Today I met with a group of fellow women-on-the-journey who have completed a class I co-facilitated. They came with victories and frustrations concerning management of the new truths they have discovered. We delighted in recalling what we had learned in our class and feeling welcomed to be ourselves. That is what House of Hope does. It opens its doors, ushers us in and allows us to be real. No masks here!

House of Hope offers ways to keep coming back through classes, therapy, events, residency, volunteering and giving. Once you get into the community, you always belong. Its a life time membership.  The place gets into your bones and you just need to keep going back for a reminder that God has this house for you to breathe in and to remember His truth in lively new ways.

In Psalm 31:8 David realizes that God is with him. "You have not handed me over to the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place." House of Hope is a beautiful spacious place where God does mighty warfare against the enemy and women come out with mighty victories. Lies are battled one truth at a time.

I can only agree with Psalm 31:21. "Praise be to the LORD, for he showed his wonderful love to me..."  by pointing the way to this anointed and restoring ministry.
